  • How do I order flowers?

    Orders may be placed through our website, in-store, or over the phone.

  • What days are you open?

    We are open 7 days a week. Our late nights are Thursday & Friday (8pm close)

  • Can I get same day delivery?

    Our same-day delivery service is highly accommodating. Ideally, orders placed before 4pm will be delivered on the same day however we can cater to emergency orders.

  • Is a third-party supplier utilised through your website?

    No, our website consists of our own designs only and shipped directly from our florist.

  • How can I determine the status of my order?

    Our live chat team is available to assist you with any inquiries you may have while placing your order or just general questions alternatively you may also call us directly.

  • What happens after I place an order?

    Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Order status will be marked as "Under prep" once preparation begins. Delivery confirmation will be sent via email or sms upon delivery.

  • Can I get someone else to pick up my 'click & collect' order?

    Yes you can, just ensure that you forward the order receipt page to the appointed person responsible for collecting the order on your behalf.

  • Do you offer buy now pay later services?

    We have partnered with Afterpay to offer you the flexibility on your purchases. Afterpay can be used in-store only. There are no minimums set. (Online option coming soon)

  • Can I add custom flower requests to my order?

    In our online selections, we typically include seasonal flowers in your choice of colour. However, if you have any allergies and require a substitute, please leave a note in your order specifying the allergy. For instance, you can mention 'No lilies as my partner is allergic, etc.' If you have very specific requirements of flowers or need a custom order that is not listed on our website, please contact us directly.

  • Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

    Yes, we will deliver your order on your specified date which you need to select on the flower checkout page.

  • Can you deliver to Hospitals/Business?

    Yes we can, for hospital deliveries please ensure you add the ward/room number at checkout so that we ensure the flowers don't get lost. If you are sending to a business, kindly make sure to arrange delivery within their operating hours.

  • What happens if you deliver flowers and no one is home?

    Whilst it is extremely helpful that you select a time where the recipient will be at the delivery address, in some cases if no one is home, our drivers will leave the blooms somewhere safe (example: in a sheltered area near front door) if there is no access the flowers will be returned to the florist and we will contact the sender to organise another time.
